US клиринговая корпорация, созданная в 1977 г. (с 1999 г. является дочерней компанией DTCC) для ускорения расчетов и уменьшения физического движения ценных бумаг. Предоставляет услуги по клирингу, расчетам, риск-менеджменту, а также выполняет функции Центрального контрагента и предоставляет гарантии исполнения всех сделок с акциями, корпоративными и муниципальными облигациями, АДР, паями фондов, страховыми продуктами и иными ценными бумагами на фондовых рынках США
